Could you please be a bit more specific about the troubles you are having, or
post the code
you're using to create the KB and KSessions?
The KnowledgeAgent "manages" a Knowledge Base, so any update will be
reflected on that KB.
The changes will then be automatically reflected on any KSession generated
from that KB.
