[rules-users] kie workbench unable to authenticate

Thank-you Dennis for hunting it down.

The "master" branch (6.1.0.Beta3) contain the J2EE entries for the Tomcat
assembly (not commented out either). I hope our Users don't have the same
trouble on going.

Apologies for the problems you've had to contend with.
