The ShrinkWrap Descriptors project would be the perfect API to provide constants (or enums) for standard names and locations of Java EE (or other) descriptors. That way, we can stop writing "beans.xml" / "META-INF/beans.xml" and "web.xml" / "WEB-INF/web.xml" over and over and over again.
