Btw, addAsWebManifestResource() would have a relationship to addAsManifestResource() that parallels the relationship between addAsWebResource() and addAsResource(). I think it's the best solution.

I still keep the relocation of "setManifest()" on the table unless there is a case when MANIFEST.MF should ever end up in WEB-INF/classes/META-INF.
