The installer does not allow you to opt out of installing SwitchYard into AS 7.  This is a bummer for people using the installer for Forge tooling and already have downloaded a complete SwitchYard + AS7 installation already.  I guess they could always enter the location of their existing SwitchYard install, but it would be nicer to just ask a (Y/N) question instead.  While we are doing that, I think we should allow AS7 to be downloaded and installed.  So add a download URL to download.properties which defaults to 7.0.2 final.  This way, you could download the installer alone and then grab everything else you need (AS7, console, forge, etc.) while it runs.

BTW, should we collapse download.properties and version.properties into a single installer.properties file?
