I would like to see some improvements to the HTTP test support.

o The input and output messages should be dumped to STDOUT or logged as part of the test.  We can make this a configurable option on the test method itself or as something that's set globally for the MixIn in a test class.

o It would be nice to be able to check/manipulate HTTP headers.  Right now the input, output, and diff are based on the BODY of the message alone.
