The SwitchYard maven plugin modifies its resources member, which is a direct reference to ${plugin.resources}.  This causes problems for downstream plugins.  Specifically, this is corrupting the cached project state in m2e, which causes the default process-resources to fail on subsequent builds within Eclipse.
