This change will allow the user to select WSDL portTypes when specifying a WSDL interface.

Classes to consider are:
 * ContractControl - supports editing of Contract types (CompositeService and CompositeReference extend Contract): name and interface.
 * InterfaceControl - supports editing of Interface types.
