As discussed on IRC, the relative path for WSDL interfaces when selecting through the workspace browser is not correct.  It seems to just pick up the immediate parent directory, so assuming the following relative paths from src/main/resources:

/foo.wsdl produces "resources/foo.wsdl"
/META-INF/foo.wsdl produces "META-INF/foo.wsdl"
/META-INF/another/foo.wsdl produces "another/foo.wsdl"
