[teiid-designer-users] Teiid Designer Installation

OK perfect, thanks to all, i'll try to build designer from source later.
Would be usefull for me to use an up to date version of the designer, in
order to adhere the new packages names of teiid, this avoid to me to edit
manually the vdb after the creation.
