This presentation will discuss various aspects of open source licensing that,
for historical and technical reasons, are of special significance to the
projects and organizations that form the Java open source ecosystem.
Bio

Richard Fontana is Red Hat's Open Source Licensing and Patent Counsel. His
work at Red Hat focuses on advising developers and managers about open source
licensing, copyright and patent issues, educating non-developers about free
software culture, and promoting open standards and intellectual property legal
reform.
