[cdi-tck] CDI TCK 2.0.0.Alpha4

Hi all, I released CDI TCK 2.0.0.Alpha4 which is first TCK version using new CDI 2.0-EDR1 API. New sections like observer ordering, asynchronous observers and new SE part are mostly covered by tests. TCK guide uses now jboss styles and templates and received some minor updates as well. It's available on [2]. Distribution bundle is available newly at [1].
