Corrected the code so that it matches the documentation. Also addressed the potential for
a null pointer exception when the old parent of a node has been removed (because it was
removed within the same session).

The GraphSession.Node.containsChangesWithExternalDependencies() does not work correctly
because it returns a boolean value that is opposite to what the documentation describes.
It should be reversed so that the documentation (and logic) are correct.
