Michael Trezzi updated DNA-104:
-------------------------------
Attachment: dna-sequencer-msoffice.zip
Hello,
i'm attaching the first draft of the msoffice and powerpoint sequencer. It uses POI
and has a separate sequencer for all msoffice documents (generic metadata) and specific
sequencer for powerpoint (others might follow) that sequences slides, extracts title,
text, notes and thumbnail. I am not an experienced Java developer, so please excuse the
quality of code, i will definately try to improve it :)
The powerpoint sequencer lacks documentation and sequence method has to be finished.

Project: DNA
Issue Type: Feature Request
Components: Sequencers
Reporter: Randall Hauch
Fix For: Future Releases
Attachments: dna-sequencer-msoffice.zip
Create a sequencer that extracts the content from Microsoft PowerPoint presentations (at
least slide information, including title and text, and perhaps even thumbnails of the
slides). Consider using Apache POI (
http://poi.apache.org/index.html) to access the
files.
