One can now specify "attribute-alias" and also specify a list of xstream
converters. Enums have been tested an work.
This is done. But I'll need to check that it's ok to check in.

When using attributes in xml they are left empty after xstream has converted the xml to a
java object model. The same goes for enums
1. Add support to configure attribute aliases including supporting SimpleValueConverter.
2. Add support for enum types.
