The whole purpose of deprecating / not including directory structure
is b/c it's horribly slow - it checks every directory, including class packages.
I understand that this is slow but it works and I've spent too much time on this
as it is.

There seems to be an issue where subdeployments, for example a .war archive, not being
deployed if it is not placed in the root of the .esb archive. We need to test this and add
support for this situation.
