Unassigning for now to work on higher priority bugs. All the setup work has been done
here - the test stubs have been written for all the quickstarts that are missing and
they've been listed in this bug, and all of the quickstarts are now cleaned and built
in every test run.
Only thing that should be required is to add new QS's to the classpath in the
quickstarts/build.xml
