Removed the quickstart.properites file and added a quickstart.properties-example. This is
the same model that is used for the deployment.properties-example file. Please the the
issue comments for more information.
Quickstarts are hardcoded to deploy to the build directory.

jbosshome.dir
now it deploys to the esb-server in the build.dir
