I will change it to build every hour. I pickedc 12 hours because that's how
frequeently CC runs other builds.
Regarding notificaiton, the hudson version we have set up does not allow much
customization on e-mail. I have made a request to hudson dev group. In worst case, we will
patch it ourself.
