Mark Little commented on JBESB-498:
-----------------------------------
What I'm suggesting is that we simply say that only ESB-aware services are deployed
within our registry for 4.2. If you want to deploy non-ESB aware services, then you need
to expose them through a different registry. How those endpoints are represented (EPR,
URL, host/port pair etc) is then outside the scope of the ESB.
Allow Registry registrations to include a flag to indicate whether
the endpoint is message aware/unaware.

This will also mean adding query capability against this.
This requirement could be generalised to simply allow registrations to be decorated with
attributes, and have these same attributes returned in the lookups.
