It currently reads problem = rollbackOnPipelineFaults && !pipeline.process(_pipelineMessage); which means that the pipeline will only be executed if rollbackOnPipelineFaults is true. The line *should* read problem = rollbackOnPipelineFaults & !pipeline.process(_pipelineMessage); (note use of & rather than &&)
