The deploy target is a relic from the pre-services era ;)
Please do not add anything to that target to explicitly deploy services. You should
either remove it, in favour of the install build.xml, or have it call the install
build.xml to handle the deployment.

Now we have a separate directory for services outside of core, I'd like to remove the
core itself and merge listeners and rosetta into rosetta (promoting it to the same level
as services).
