Patch adds synchronous option to SqlTableGatewayListener:
Example configuration:
<sql-listener name="SqlGateway" busidref="helloSQLChannel"
is-gateway="true">
<property name="synchronous" value="true"/>
</sql-listener>
SqlTableGatewayListener does not support synchronous delivery.
