This has been fixed in revision 14785.
The current mapping now allows for the first two paths to be quoted using single quotes
(') and to have characters escaped using '\'.
The escape characters still apply within the quoted section.
You can now specify the property as
body.'org.jboss.soa.esb.message.defaultEntry'
The final paths (third onwards) adhere to the standard MVEL format.
ObjectMapper does not handle qualified property names.

The ObjectMapper class maps between parts of the message and the contents but it assumes
that the name is not qualified.
Unfortunately many properties/body objects use qualified names (e.g.
org.jboss.soa.esb.message.time.dod).
