Mark Little commented on JBESB-1161:
------------------------------------
Since we have always spoken about logical and physical names for services, maybe introduce
a logical:// protocol for the EPR.
Introduce a new EPR type to represent a service category/name.

Key: JBESB-1161
URL:
http://jira.jboss.com/jira/browse/JBESB-1161
Project: JBoss ESB
Issue Type: Feature Request
Security Level: Public(Everyone can see)
Components: Rosetta
Affects Versions: 4.2.1 IR1
Reporter: Kevin Conner
Assigned To: Tom Fennelly
Fix For: 4.2.1 IR2
One of the biggest issues when sending a message is that the originator would like to
specify a service using the service category/name instead of a hardcoded EPR.
We need to have an EPR which consists of the service category/name and resolves to the
physical transport EPR when it is (eventually) used to send a message.
