Applied and tested Brian patches, they look good. Need to review that there aren't
any gateways left that are still not using the ServiceInvoker.

Few gateways do not use Service Invoker. It means that they do not provide load balancing
facility right now. This needs to be documented and fixed later. The guilty gateways are
JmsGatewayListener.java
HibernateInterceptor.java
SqlTableGatewayListener.java
