AFAIK there are 2 quickstarts that serve this purpose now - webservice_consumer1 and
webservice_consumer2.

This feature is demo'd in the webservice_bpel quickstart, but there's also a
number of other features demo'd there too (it's a bit more than a
"quickstart"). It'd be a good idea to have a quickstart dedicated to this
