I have exposed the jbossesb database via TCP so that the quickstarts can have access when
using the StandaloneConnectionManager.
Access within the AS still uses the J2eeConnectionManager.
Fixed in revision 13581.

Some of the quickstarts use the persistence ConnectionManager but this no longer works
when executed as standalone.
The connection manager configuration in the quickstarts should be updated to use the
StandaloneConnectionManager instead of the default (J2eeConnectionManager).
