Kevin Conner commented on JBESB-3100:
-------------------------------------
Leaving it empty will default to localhost, given the current code, but we should really
be using JBossESBPropertyService.getBindAddress() to get the behaviour you are after.
In the mean time you can get this working by using property substitution, set the host as
${jboss.bind.address}.
JBR Gateway should respect passed in -b #.#.#.# binding

Key: JBESB-3100
URL:
https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JBESB-3100
Project: JBoss ESB
Issue Type: Feature Request
Security Level: Public(Everyone can see)
Components: Transports
Affects Versions: 4.7
Environment: Linux, JDK 1.6 SOA-P 4.2 -> 4.2 CP 02
Reporter: Jim Tyrrell
Attachments: EsbWebServiceProxy_host.esb, EsbWebServiceProxy_wohost.esb
The jbr router seems to require a host attribute in the jboss-esb.xml file to bind it to
other addresses outside of the localhost. Why can't the jbr gateway listen on the
passed in at app server startup time.
