Unfortunately the SOA platform has renamed the EULA file from JBossORG-EULA.txt to JEMS-EULA.txt, the consequence of which is that the eclipse plugin can no longer recognise the hierarchy. We need to support both names or find an alternative mechanism for identifying these hierarchies.
