The service is exposed through the console although it looks as if there is an issue with
it.
The output should contain the scheme in the header but I have obviously made a mistake in
the JSP.
I suspect your problem lies in the platform and any overlays being applied.

When the ESB archive is deployed and service is exposed via EBWS it shows in ESB Service
list only the InVM/ESB etc. transports but not the URL and WSDL contract for EBWS access.
