I believe Kurt's original suggestion on the concall was to create a library of utility
classes for the quickstarts, this would not be hidden.
This fits all purposes as the code would remain with the quickstarts and be in a single
place for maintenance.
Decrease code duplication in the Quickstarts.

The quickstarts use classes like Send- and ReceiveJMSMessage. These classes are copied
across many QSs, and are starting to lead their own life, which makes it hard to maintain
them. We should extract these common classes.
