I've also noticed a mysterious file named 'out' in
build/jbossesb-server-4.2MR2...looks like someone running on a windows machine :)
JBOSS_HOME: c:\jboss-4.2.0.GA
I'll remove it from the install/standalone/jbossesb-server-base.zip

Now we have a separate directory for services outside of core, I'd like to remove the
core itself and merge listeners and rosetta into rosetta (promoting it to the same level
as services).
