The documentation says... "If not defined, the default scope is GLOBAL".
In v4.3 it *is* defined and it is defined as "NONE"... so in 4.3 the default is
"NONE". It is defined in the jbossesb-properties.xml that gets deployed to the
ESB and AS.

The default InVM Scope for an ESB deployment can be set in the jbossesb-properties.xml
file through the "core:jboss.esb.invm.scope.default" config property. If not
defined, the default scope is "GLOBAL".
My feeling is that the default scope should be NONE.
