Changed the JBR code to reuse code I added for the HttpGateway re asserting if the content
type is a text mime type (pulled out into HttpContentTypeUtil - configurable in the
jbossesb-properties.xml). So... no longer using the JBR WebUtil.isBinary util. Using
!HttpContentTypeUtil.isTextMimetype instead.
Support "binary/octet-stream" or
"application/octet-stream" mimetype in JBossRemotingGatewayListener
