wohost w/o the the host attribute set. On SOA-P 4.3 and SOA-P 4.3 CP 02 this did not seem
to respect the past in -b parameter.
JBR Gateway should respect passed in -b #.#.#.# binding

The jbr router seems to require a host attribute in the jboss-esb.xml file to bind it to
other addresses outside of the localhost. Why can't the jbr gateway listen on the
passed in at app server startup time.
