The message ID is no longer a problem, as Daniel has fixed this on trunk. Daniel also
brought up the issue that JMS is overwriting the ESB reply-to, which would cause problems
for correlating messages in monitoring. Talked to Kevin about this and a solution might
be to set our own ESB reply to header with a different name.
