Tests still need asserts and some of the QS need their messages put into JMX, but they are
now running whatever is executed by the runtest target. Please review
BPMOrchestration1Test.java
BPMOrchestration3Test.java
HelloWorldFileNotifierTest.java
DynamicRouterTest.java
ExceptionsFaultTest.java
to see if any of these tests can be incorporated into the QS system and removed from the
excludes list in qa/quickstarts/build.xml.
