I think 80% of them can go (estimate) and those that remain should either be
MalformedEPRException or URISyntaxException iff the input param is a URI. Definitely need
to review them all though.

We're throwing exceptions on getter methods??? Example... throwing a
URISyntaxException on JDBCEpr.getSQL()??? It's all over the place.
This might all fall back under a more general review of the whole API!
