Am I to assume that the description for this issue is incorrect?
It is possibly to do this, as one of the quickstarts already does, but it appears that
there may be an issue with the order of deployments in some circumstances. Is this
correct?
If so then please amend the description of this issue to reflect that and include a
description of the specific set of circumstances which fail.

Normally it is possible to have .jar archive with EJBs inside .esb and use those EJBs in
custom actions. Unfortunately, this is not true for EJBProcessor since it lookups the EJB
in onInitialisation() method. It would be good to
1) put this information into release notes
2) implement new <depends> feture for deployment.xml like in case of .war archives
