Am in the middle of modifying ServiceInvoker slightly (to cope with
http://jira.jboss.com/jira/browse/JBESB-639) so any move should be considered after that.

ServiceInvoker looks out of place in the listeners package (Invoker looked out of place
in the listeners.message package too). Can we move it to, say, org.jboss.soa.esb.client
