WebServiceUtils contains a couple of bugs that prevent it from correctly identifying the
wsdl for internal references.
- it uses the endpoint name to identify wsdl, searching for <name>*.wsdl but this
is not specific enough
- It ignores names specified by the wsdlLocation, i.e. different from the endpoint
