This is NOT a bug in SOAPProxy. The bug is in both POSTHttpMethodFactory and GETHttpMethodFactory, where in the setConfiguration(ConfigTree):void method, the http-client-properties that are available in the passed-in ConfigTree are not set into the HttpMethod's HttpMethodParams.
