There are lots of combinations to consider if the quickstarts are to run as part of the
integration.
Not only that but some can run against AS, esb server and standalone while others can only
run against AS or standalone.
As far as the 'test' framework is concerned I was under the impression that it did
very little. I'll look at it on Monday and fix it up to where it was before my
changes.
All samples should run in a test harnass as part of the integration

The Quickstarts are the real integration tests. The QSs/test dir has a test framework
that was able to run most of the QSs. The current
build updates seem to have broken that. We should update it and add it to the integration
build.
