The issue is not the classloader, as I had first suspected, as there is no separate
deployment for the war file in as5.
We are creating the metadata explicitly and attaching it to the ESB deployment, but the
listener is trying to retrieve the web.xml file (which doesn't exist).
I have an idea how to address this, will handle it tomorrow.
