Switched usage of Courier / EPR to ServiceInvoker in the three listed gateways. However,
to retain prior semantics of failing in doInitialise() if the cat:name was invalid (e.g.,
didn't exist, had no EPRs), I had to leave in a manual registry lookup and EPR count.
Any feedback is, of course, welcome.
Not all gateways are using ServiceInvoker

Few gateways do not use Service Invoker. It means that they do not provide load balancing
facility right now. This needs to be documented and fixed later. The guilty gateways are
JmsGatewayListener.java
HibernateInterceptor.java
SqlTableGatewayListener.java
