All of the other information is defined as elements within the EPR. The URI component of
an EPR does not have to be useable in isolation from the other parts of the EPR. However,
since there is no EPR format standard for JMS, we can change what we currently return if
you have some suggestions. But at the moment this isn't a bug in the JMSEpr: it's
doing the right thing as far as WS-A is concerned.
JMSEpr helper class doesn't seem to be generating the endpoint
URI properly

If you call JMSEpr.getAddr.getAddress() it always returns just "jms://queue" -
no host or destination info in the URI.
