Talked to Burr and Kurt about this. My initial thought was that this was going to be
like the SQL poller, which treats rows as messages. The thought here is not that
rows, or in Hibernate's case objects are messages, but that Hibernate's events
(insert, update, delete, etc) are message triggers. If something is inserted or
deleted when the Hibernate listener is not deployed, it will not try to deal with that
message - unlike the SQL poller.
