Burr Sutter commented on JBESB-732:
-----------------------------------
Upon further review, it doesn't appear that the jBPM API we are using will allow us to
easily deploy the process image (along with the process definition). However, the current
(in trunk at the time of this comment) version of the jBPM Admin Console AND RHDS Beta 1
jBPM Graphical Process Designer work very nicely for deployment. My vote is that we bump
this one out of 4.2.1 and revisit when we have more time.
Workaround: Use the jBPM GPD & jBPM Admin console.
bpm-based quickstarts should also deploy a process image for jBPM
3.2.1 Admin Console

Key: JBESB-732
URL:
http://jira.jboss.com/jira/browse/JBESB-732
Project: JBoss ESB
Issue Type: Task
Security Level: Public(Everyone can see)
Components: Process flow
Affects Versions: 4.2 Milestone Release 2
Reporter: Burr Sutter
Assigned To: Burr Sutter
Priority: Minor
Fix For: 4.2.1 triage
The current jBPM 3.2.1 Admin Console "requires" a process image be deployed
with a process definition. Errors are thrown if none is provided. Plus it is more
difficult to track the current status of a process instance without the visual
representation on the process image.
