Using SOA Software as my registry, I'm seeing this upon shutdown on JBESB_4_2_1_GA_CP
branch. It's reproducible 100% of the time, but I don't see it

The cause of the problem is believed to be a shutdown hook which is registered by the H2
database. This leads to a race between the H2 hook and the AS hook.
The H2 hook has been disabled and the MBean now explicitly shuts down the database.
